1. First and foremost – we are a 100% Smoke-free property. There is nowhere to smoke so please know that before you reserve with us. We don’t want anyone to be uncomfortable or unhappy when here!
2. If you would like to book more than 3 rooms, please call. We have criteria for any group bookings.
3. From now through October 31st, there is a 2-night minimum for any weekend (Fr/Sa) stay with a minimum 72-hour cancellation policy.
4. We have 20 rooms (19 group level);
- 8 – Single Queen Rooms (3 w/kitchenettes)
- 9 – Double Queen Rooms (4 are very large and are $10 more/night)
- 1 – Upstairs Apartment (600 SF) – 1 Queen Bed + Rollaway
- 1 – Cottage on back Acre – Sleeps up to 6
- 1 – King Room
5. Pets – We have 3 designated pet rooms for bathed pets up to 50 lbs max. There is a $30 1x pet fee.
6. Early Check-outs – There are no refunds for early check-outs without a verifiable emergency so please, book the dates you need and double check them before arrival.
7. Daily Rates& Discounts– Vary from $62.99 up to 109.99 for regular rooms $89.99 – $119.99 for our Apartment and $99.99 – $169.99 for the Cottage.
No discounts of any kind offered on Thursday – Saturday stays from April 10th – November 21st -otherwise, we offer (if you ask) a $5% discount for stays of 3-4 nights, 8% for 5-6 nights, and 10% for 7+ nights.
(We do not offer monthly rentals, sorry)
8. Location – We are within walking distance to downtown and centrally located between Dupont, Pisgah & Gorges
9. Amenities – Every room is decorated differently
